Swifty is a very handsome black boy with a delightful personality. He has shown himself to be friendly and confident both around the kennels and when taken off site.
He loves being out and about exploring new places with the volunteers and doesn’t seem to be phased by anything so far.
He is keen to meet other breeds, although he currently gets quite excited when seeing smaller dogs and dogs running off lead but he just seems to want to join in!
Swifty has been happy to meet people as well and enjoys lots of fuss. He enjoys the company of other greyhounds so could be a companion hound for an existing dog. He’s happily kennelled with a female hound.

Roman
Racing Name: Lightfoot Roman
Date of Birth: March 2021
Just a young chap but he is a whopper 🙂 A little shy on first meetings with new people but soon comes out of himself. He is benefitting from being walked by a different volunteer almost every time – all people are meaning walks now lol. Shares his kennel with a feisty female and doesn’t turn a hair at her bullying antics. Was good with Bugley (the terrier) after the initial excitement, walks nicely in our woods an all round lovely hound. If you’ve room on your sofa for a Big Un, Roman could be the one for you!!

Titan
Racing Name: Rockmount Titan
Date of Birth: January 2020
What a lovely boy Titan is 🙂 New in but so far can’t fault this wonky eared chap. Walks well, enjoys any and all attention and is a stunner as well! Hasn’t been out ‘touring’ yet but met Bugley the terrier and was suitably polite once he’d had a good sniff (yes we did have to pin Bugley down for this as he doesn’t stay still lol) Titan has the makings of a great pet and we’ll try and get him out and about soon as we’re sure he will excel 🙂
